Updates at Mid-Iowa Cooperative

With recent changes, in addition to my COO role with Mid-Iowa Cooperative, I will be leading the grain marketing and merchandising efforts.  I look forward to working with the grain marketing team in servicing your needs now and in the future.  For those that have not met me, I came on board with Mid-Iowa Cooperative in August 2020, a week after the Derecho, as Chief Operating Officer.   Prior to Mid-Iowa Cooperative, I have worked in the grain industry for 16 years experienced in utilizing Cash/Futures/Options/OTC strategies to enhance member market opportunities and increase profitability.   As a side note I was born and raised on livestock and row-crop operation in central Missouri and still remain active in the cattle and row-crop operation today.
 
I am also pleased to announce Janet Trepp has accepted our position of Marketing Coordinator/Crop Insurance Agent.  In addition to selling crop insurance Janet will be utilizing her strong background in sales and marketing in promoting Mid-Iowa Cooperative’s products and services.  This role will also be responsible for employee relation initiatives that promote positive work culture at Mid-Iowa Cooperative.
